The most famous Christmas village in Athens, full of lights, music, and games!

With free entry, Pedion tou Areos becomes a spectacular festive park.
The large ice rink, impressive light installations, carousel, and 40 wooden cabins with street food, sweets, and handmade gifts create a true Christmas town.
Children’s workshops, music events, and themed games fill the space every day.

🎆 4. New Year’s Eve at Syntagma Square
At 22:00, the heart of the city beats strongly at Syntagma!
The grand celebration begins with the Athens Municipality Philharmonic Orchestra and continues with live music, DJs, surprises, and a spectacular countdown that unites the entire city under the Athenian sky.

🎡 5. Christmas Market – Kotzia Square
Athens has its own large Christmas market!
Wooden cabins with sweets, street food, hot drinks, gifts, a “Kids Corner” with daily free workshops, and an impressive carousel for young and old alike.
An all-day family festival will be dedicated exclusively to children.

🎄 6. Santa Claus Park – Flisvos Marina
By the sea, beautifully decorated and full of life, the Christmas village of Flisvos Marina begins on November 28.

On Sunday, December 21 at 10:00, the city dresses in red!
The race starts at Athens City Hall, following a joyful route open to everyone — even pets!
Participation costs €12 for adults, free for children, and includes a Santa costume and a commemorative medal.
Part of the proceeds is donated to social causes.

🎬 8. Christmas Movie Night – Kypseli Municipal Market
Kypseli Market transforms into an open-air cinema and screens two classic Christmas movies:
